Through my art, I seek to express a profound connection with nature and the raw, imperfect beauty that exists around us.
From the rough, peeling paint of an old building to the smooth surface of a river rock.
I'm likely drawn to the rich organic hues that are found in nature.
These may include soft brown colors, variations of white, deep greens and rust nuances.
My creative process starts with letting go of any preconceived ideas of what my painting should look like, and instead, allowing my intuition to guide my brushstrokes.
